With three versatile auditoriums and a flexible mezzanine lobby, you are sure to impress your guests in one of Portland’s most unique and recognizable venues.

Opened in 1926, the Theatre has continuously remained a beloved Portland landmark and community treasure — even inspiring the name of the surrounding Hollywood District. Whether you are planning a local business meeting or an event on par with the international premiere of Portlandia, Hollywood Theatre staff will work closely with you to create an unforgettable event.

*Please note that the Hollywood Theatre is available for rental events which are considered, based on the sole judgment of management, to be consistent with our mission and image.  The space is not available for ceremonial events such as weddings, funerals, wakes, graduations or religious services.  Events that include a live band are discouraged, although acoustic musicians may be permissible provided that they play at a volume that doesn’t interrupt the film-viewing experience of audiences in other auditoriums.  Please notify us during your initial inquiry if your event will require performance by a musician.
