Roger Corman is one of the most important figures in the history of cinema: a self-taught filmmaker who became a trailblazing producer and director of independent films. This 4-week study of Corman's career ranges from the low-budget sci-fi movies of the 1950s, through his chronicle of the rebellious counterculture of the 1960s, to the exploitation and horror films of the '70s and '80s.

Soon, more burn victims begin dying in hospitals from wounds that were not life-threatening. Then a doctor blows the whistle to a team of investigative journalists. One revelation leads to another as the journalists start to uncover vast health care fraud.
Sidney Poitier & Harry Belafonte narrate William Greaves' long-lost, newly-restored film about the National Black Political Convention of 1972. 10,000 black politicians, activists, and artists went to Gary, Indiana, to forge a national unity platform.
