A League Of Their Own

Directed by Penny Marshall, A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN dramatizes the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League that came to prominence during WWII. Starring Geena Davis as Dottie Hinson and Lori Petty as her sister Kit, the two Oregonians find themselves on a team with grumpy coach Jimmy Dugan (Tom Hanks) and unknowingly making history as they lead up to the World Series.

Co-starring Rosie O'Donnell, Anne Ramsay, Jon Lovitz, and Madonna in a critically-acclaimed performance, A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN is as legendary as the women who inspired it.
