Atomic Blonde

This is part of Feminist March 2020

In partnership with the Hollywood Theatre’s Feminist March programming, Books with Pictures is proud to co-present Charlize Theron’s action thriller ATOMIC BLONDE!

Based on Antony Johnston’s 2012 graphic novel The Coldest City, ATOMIC BLONDE drops top-level MI6 operative Lorraine Broughton (Theron) in Cold War Berlin, in search of a microfilm containing the identities of every spy in Berlin and an elusive KGB double agent known only as Satchel. But nothing – and no one – is as it seems, and Lorraine is going to have to fight her way through countless agents and ice baths in search of the truth. Co-starring John Goodman, James McAvoy, and Sofia Boutella as Lorraine’s lover Delphine, ATOMIC BLONDE is a mind-bending spy story full of relentless action and an ‘80s soundtrack that packs a wicked punch.
