Presented as part of the Portland Circuit, Portland filmmaker Heidi Yewman’s BEHIND THE BULLET explores a side of gun violence that’s rarely talked about – the impact a shooting has on the shooter. The film takes an intimate, non-polarizing look at how taking a life forever changed four people emotionally, physically, psychologically, and spiritually, offering a powerful new perspective on the topic.
