Please join us for a very special evening of short films created by some of Portland's most daring and adventurous filmmakers, as we present the Best of the 2023 Portland 48 Hour Film Project. All films were created between August 4-August 6, and the presentation will feature comedy, horror, mockumentary, sci-fi, and more!
At the culmination of the screening, we will present an Academy Award style awards ceremony that recognizes this year's winners in such categories as Best Acting, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, and of course Portland's Best Film of 2023. Last year's winner, "Light of My Life" by Monsieur Soeur, was shown at the Cannes Film Festival and we are hoping to repeat this success.
This is our first "Best of the PDX48" since the COVID pandemic shut us down in 2020 and you won't want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to see this collection of short films created by these daredevil filmmakers!
