Edward Scissorhands

Series: Fashion in Film

In addition to launching the much-photographed union between Winona Ryder and Johnny Depp (WINONA FOREVER), Tim Burton's EDWARD SCISSORHANDS remains one of the best-remembered movies of 1990. Depp's gentle performance of the titular Edward is a bittersweet portrait of the artist as a young man, and the film's styling - from its sets, to its costumes, to its topiaries - is a triumph. To celebrate Edward's creative arc, wherein he sculpts shrubs, dogs, and suburban coiffures, the screening will also feature a presentation from Portland's Windowwall hair salon!

Hosted by fashion writers Eden Dawn and Marjorie Skinner.
