ELECTION follows overachiever queen Tracy Flick (Reese Witherspoon) as she runs for high school class president. But when threatened manchild and teacher Jim McAllister (Matthew Broderick) convinces dumb jock Paul (Chris Klein) to run against her, he begins a battle with Tracy from which only one will emerge victorious.
