In this intense, low budget film noir, a teenager (Ed Dugan) trying to help an accident victim finds himself enmeshed in political corruption and racketeering, and is charged with a murder he didn't commit. On the run from the mob and a hitman, the teen tries to unravel exactly who set him up.
