A 10th anniversary celebration of the Rose Festival's award-winning film FROM ONE ROSE. This docu-drama examines the history of the Rose Festival through the eyes of a Portland woman who lived through it. From the early days of the Lewis and Clark Exposition to the 100th anniversary of Portland's biggest celebration, this unique film captures the essence of the Rose Festival with a personal touch.
As an added bonus , the evening will also feature the debut of a restored Rose Festival film produced in 1979 - featuring a day-in-the-life of the Rose Festival, with a special appearance by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Starlight Parade!
FROM ONE ROSE Director IRA FLOWERS will be in attendance for a Q&A following the screening.
