Funny Over Everything with Mary Mack + Tim Harmston

Mary Mack  has performed in the Vancouver Comedy Fest (2007), HBO’s Andy Kaufman Awards (2007), Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival (2009), and in 2011 was selected for the San Francisco Sketch Fest’s “Dozen,” 12 up and coming headliners performing at the Punch Line throughout the fest.  Mack had her national TV debut on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham and NBC’s Last Comic Standing.  She now divides her time among Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and a camper in the woods.

Tim Harmston is a stand-up comedian based in Minneapolis. Originally hailing from Menomonie, Wisconsin, he spent some time in the film and video industry in Chicago, Illinois. Harmston competed on Last Comic Standing and won a Rusty Nail award at the Aspen Rooftop Comedy Festival in 2008. He has appeared on NBC and Comedy Central. In 2011 he released his first album, “The Most Bees Ever.”

The Funny Over Everything comedy showcase is a monthly series showcasing some of the best, most innovative up-and-coming stand-up comedians that the nation has to offer. Past performers include Moshe Kasher, Ron Funches, Hannibal Buress, Ian Karmel, Timmy Williams, Sean Jordan and Shane Torres.

The Pacific Northwest is becoming a comedy hot bed, and thanks to the Bridgetown Comedy Festival and the nurturing environment of the city, Portland is a scene on the verge. The goal of Comedy Over Everything is to put together an entertaining show, but one with a curatorial eye towards the comedians involved. This isn’t an open-mic, and nobody is getting booked because they’re nice.
