The International Award show for the INTERNATIONAL YOUTH SILENT FILM FESTIVAL brings films and filmmakers from around the world whose films have already won regional competitions. Now they compete for additional recognition. Filmmakers are all under 20 years old, and use one of seven original musical themes composed for the festival by Nathan Avakian. Mr. Avakian will also perform live, accompanying each film screened on the
theatre
organ. The greatest gift any filmmaker can have is an audience for their film, so come and experience silent movies newly conceived and created for this festival competition!
Admission for STUDENTS is free on a first-come, first-served basis.
