Irwin Allen '60s Sci Fi

Series: Re-Run Theater

It’s a tribute to Irwin Allen, the producer most known for his disaster movies of the '70s, who had a slew of high concept television shows in the '60s. We’re showing one episode each from the ultra groovy LOST IN SPACE and the action packed VOYAGE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SEA.

First up - “The Ghost Planet”. The intrepid JUPITER ONE space ship intercepts a welcoming message from what appears to be a Terran spaceport. Dr. Smith thinks he and the Robinson family have been rescued but soon finds that they are being set up for enslavement by Robot Overlords.

Then it’s “Terror on Dinosaur Island”. The advanced underwater sub SEAVIEW encounters a volcanic island inhabited by prehistoric beasts. Can they rescue their survey team without getting eaten before the whole place blows sky high?

Psychedelic '60s TV ads will be played at every break!
