“Kick Rocks, Steven Wilber!” - A Comedy Good-Riddance Show
Steven Wilber’s been named Portland’s Funniest Person (2014), number 3 in Willamette Week’s “Funniest Five”, and one of the “New Faces of Comedy” at 2015’s Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal. Now, he’s preparing to become “Latest Comic to Leave Portland” and “Biggest Jerk We Miss a Whole Lot” by moving to Los Angeles, but not before a farewell show joined by some of his funniest friends.
“Kick Rocks, Steven Wilber!” brings a tremendous lineup to the beautifully restored Hollywood Theatre to present a cross-section of the city’s comedy scene that showcases a wide range of performers and reassures us that maybe, just maybe, we’ll be alright without his surprisingly absurd and consistently hilarious sets.
