The Portland Latin American Film Festival
The Portland Latin American Film Festival goes virtual this year. We believe that cinema is best viewed and enjoyed on the big screen, but given the current circumstances, we are forced to go online.
We present our lineup of six movies from Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, Switzerland, and Belgium that celebrate and honor the cultural diversity of Latin America. We’ll be featuring the art of Pablo Larraín, one of Chile’s greatest movie directors. We are also featuring the internationally-acclaimed Argentinian director and writer for cinema and television, Juan José Campanella, as well as Mexican director María Novaro, the most successful female director of Mexican cinema.
The entire festival will be presented online for viewing worldwide.
