When a promised job fails to materialize in Wyoming, Mike (Nicolas Cage) is mistaken for a hitman hired to kill an unfaithful wife (Laura Flynn Boyle). Mike takes full advantage of the situation, but runs into trouble when the real hitman (Dennis Hopper) shows up to claim his bounty.
JOHN DAHL is an award-winning director with a 30-year career in Hollywood. Known for his modern film noir classics RED ROCK WEST and THE LAST SEDUCTION in the 1990s, Dahl has a extensive career in television, directing episodes of BREAKING BAD, TRUE BLOOD, DEXTER and HOUSE OF CARDS.
