Stories in Movement, a signature education program of the Hollywood Theatre, gives young people the opportunity to represent themselves and their community through media arts and writing. Join us as we celebrate the digital stories created by our students from Open Meadow High and Donald E. Long. This evening is co-hosted by Portland Poetry Slam and will include an open mic, spoken word performances by local poets Sara Brickman, Clementine Von Radics, Alex Dang and the Hollywood Theatre's Poet-in-Residence Isaiah Spriggs, digital stories by Stories in Movement students and a Q & A with the artists. The proceeds to this event go to maintaining, growing and improving the Stories in Movement Program.
