The Leopard Man

Series: Cinema Classics

Our monthly Cinema Classics series presents a Jacques Tourneur horror classic on 35mm!

Re-teaming producer Val Lewton and director Jacques Tourneur after their success with CAT PEOPLE (1942), THE LEOPARD MAN begins in a sleepy New Mexico town when Jerry Manning (Dennis O'Keefe), the agent of a struggling nightclub singer, decides to spice up her act with a huge black leopard on a leash. The seemingly tame animal escapes from the club, and soon people are being found dead throughout the town. But is the killer really feline? Jerry has his doubts....
