O.V.A. or Original Video Animation: films and miniseries made for release on home video without screening in theaters or on television.
The AniMayhem OVA Festival is a curated marathon of four of the best, most cult-classic, OVA titles to be released throughout the 80’s and 90’s. The films will run between 30 and 60 minutes long each with a short intermission in the middle to break them up.
For two hours leading up to the screening, the Hollywood Theatre will turn into a mini anime convention with local artists and vendors selling merchandise.
Vending will start at 5:00pm and the screening will start at 7:00pm.
