MOONSTRUCK
MOONSTRUCK (1987) returns to the big screen in support of OPERA IN THE PARK Portland! All proceeds from this screening go to their work bringing free, world class opera to Portland—and their presentation of “Carmen” on July 27 at Peninsula Park!

In MOONSTRUCK, Cher (in an Academy Award-winning role) plays Loretta Castorini, a Brooklyn bookkeeper, who finds herself in a tricky situation when she falls for the brother (Nicolas Cage) of the man she has agreed to marry. A classic ‘80s comedy led by incredible performances, including Academy Award winner Olympia Dukakis, MOONSTRUCK is an exuberantly funny tribute to love.
