The 2025 Tag! Queer Shorts Festival is an act of defiance. Transgender and other queer communities were among the first to be targeted by those who have assumed political power, and like always we will lead the way in the struggle for a critically conscious and socially engaged world where our fundamental humanity is respected and our contributions honored. Tag! invites LGBTQIA2S+ communities and allies to CREATE art in support of a better world, to GATHER in celebration of who we are as we work for the society we deserve, and to RESIST the racist, misogynistic, ableist, trans-and homophobic systems that seek to oppress us.
