
YELLOW BALLOON follows the coming-of-age story of a 6-year old Vietnamese American kid, Ái Vân, who is adopted by their paternal grandparents. On their journey, Ái Vân processes their identity, the unspoken rules of complex social dynamics and discovers the reality of letting go.
