Picking up from the events of the 2016 hit kids film, CHUPACABRAS, this second installment follows Leo and his brother Nando as they return home to Puebla. Along the way, Leo encounters the Charro Negro who confuses him and results in a girl being cast into the underworld. To undo his mistakes, Leo enlists the help of his friends.
Después de liberar al Chupacabras, Leo San Juan, decide que es el momento de regresar junto con su hermano Nando a casa de su abuela. A mitad del camino, el Charro Negro logra confundir a Leo y por su culpa, una niña inocente es arrastrada al inframundo. Leo se ve obligado a reparar el daño. Sus amigos acudirán para intentar ayudarle y poder salir de allà cuanto antes. Pero no es casualidad que el Charro haya elegido involucrar a Leo, sus intenciones van más allá de conseguir un alma nueva.
