• WORLD PREMIERE: STAY OUT STAY ALIVE, cast & crew Q&A
• Short Film Block 1, filmmaker Q&A
• FANGORIA presents SATANIC PANIC (West Coast Premiere)

This evening’s program serves up a selection of short films from around the world, featuring ghosts, revenge killings, stop motion weirdness, and sometimes hilarious violence. This block also features several local filmmakers! Films are different each night. Be sure to get a full festival pass if you want to see everything!

STAY OUT STAY ALIVE: Inspired by true events, the film explores the effects of greed and madness on five friends after they discover an abandoned goldmine. Barbara Crampton has a supporting role alongside Brie Mattson, Brandon Wardle, Sage Mears, Christina Kim, and William Romano-Pugh. This is the directorial debut of Dean Yurke, who brings 20 years of visual effects experience to the film. Dean and some cast/crew will be in attendance to give us a glimpse behind the scenes and answer questions about filming in a mine.

FANGORIA presents SATANIC PANIC, starring Rebecca Romjin, Jerry O’Connell, Ruby Modine, Jordan Ladd, Hayley Griffith. A pizza delivery girl at the end of her financial rope has to fight of her life–and her tips–when her last order of the night turns out to be for high society Satanists in need of a virgin sacrifice. FANGORIA’S new horror comedy has fun (and demons) written all over it! The all-star cast elevates this romp to a new campy art form. Don’t miss it!

Start the evening with a filmmaker meet & greet from 4-6 pm at Sam’s!
