Oregon State Parks and the Hollywood Theatre join forces once again for Summer Movies at Oregon State Parks! Pack a picnic and bring your friends to a summer season of vintage blockbusters and cult favorites, screening under the stars at some of Oregon’s most beautiful locations. Summer Movies at Oregon State Parks are free to attend—no ticket required. Screenings begin at dusk. Free day-use parking after 7 p.m.

Back in Kansas after her amazing adventure, Dorothy (9-year-old Fairuza Balk) finds that no one believes her story of the magical land, and upon returning to Oz she meets a new group of friends and is menaced by the Nome King—voiced by Nicol Williamson, and created by Will Vinton with Claymation, just one of the film’s Oscar-nominated visual effects.
