Donation Requests

We receive a large number of donation requests from the community, and are happy to contribute in-kind support to auctions, community fundraisers, and other special events if we are able. Our donation to community groups for fundraising purposes consists of:

  • Two (2) guest passes to a movie of your choice (excluding special events)
  • Two (2) passes for free popcorn

We are not interested in donating to any organization that discriminates on the basis of race, religion, citizenship status, national origin, gender, gender expression, or sexual orientation.

To request a donation, email info@hollywoodtheatre.org. with “donation request” in the subject line. Please include:

  • Organization name
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Contact email
  • Name and date of event
  • A brief description of the event and what you are raising the funds for

A receipt will be provided with your donation. No need to send a thank-you note, and we do not require a receipt for our donation. 

If your donation request is approved, we will mail out the passes and receipt prior to your event and as quickly as our schedules allow. We aren’t able to respond to each request personally.
