Outside the Frame presents Reel Ambitions: films by youth who have experienced homelessness. Doors at 6:30. All ages, sliding scale, as always.
“I look back at my time being homeless and I’m done with looking at it as traumatic. Now it’s art.” - Violet Clyne, filmmaker.
Featuring OUR SHOES, OTF graduate Talilo Marfil's collaboration with rapper Tech N9NE; AMERICAN TEENAGER, a slice of life drama about a girl living in a motel; THE SPOT, a comedy about young people crammed into their first apartment and more.
