SISTER ACT
Isn’t She Great celebrates women in comedy and SISTER ACT (1992)! Hosted by Elizabeth Teets and Anthony Hudson, this edition opens with stand up from Seattle’s Bernice Larson. SISTER ACT stars  legendary EGOT winner Whoopi Goldberg as Deloris Wilson, a lounge singer who goes on the run from her mobster boyfriend (Harvey Keitel), dons a nun’s habit, and finds herself transforming the convent choir. Co-starring Maggie Smith and Kathy Najimy, and written by Paul Rudnick (ADDAMS FAMILY VALUES) with music by Marc Shaiman (HAIRSPRAY), SISTER ACT is an irrefutable comedy classic starring one of comedy’s—and cinema’s—biggest and brightest stars.
