The Waterfront Blues Festival presents a special screening of THE BLUES BROTHERS with special guest Curtis Salgado, the inspiration for the Blues Brothers!

The first in a long (and often cringeworthy) line of Saturday Night Live sketches-turned-films, THE BLUES BROTHERS is cocaine-fueled '80s movie mayhem at its best. Featuring what was at the time the most costly car chase in cinematic history and a production budget almost as expensive as box office rival THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, co-writers Dan Aykroyd and the late John Belushi star as the titular bros on a mission from God to save the orphanage they were raised in and blaze a path of pure chaos chasing their goal.

Directed and co-written by John Landis, THE BLUES BROTHERS shines brightest when its incredible musical cameos featuring Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Ray Charles, and Cab Calloway are in the spotlight.

There will be an introduction by local blues legend Curtis Salgado with his insight on the inspiration and backstory of the Blues Brothers. Plus all ticket purchasers will be entered to win (2) free GA 4-Day passes to the festival!
