) (1902), directed by Georges Méliès, was
the first Science Fiction motion picture ever made
. This film had pioneering special effects on par with what is used today.
Along with this film is the classic THE LOST WORLD (1925), the first film adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic novel about a land where prehistoric creatures still roam.
Dean Lemire will provide live organ accompaniment on the Beverly Ruth Nelson memorial organ.
