Originally filmed in 1983 alongside fellow slasher stand-outs like SLEEPAWAY CAMP and CURTAINS but not released until 1987, and presented in a beautiful digital restoration that perfectly spotlights killer ‘80s fashions and special effects, BLOOD RAGE offers unadulterated splatter and high camp from Lasser’s brilliantly absurdist performance to its spooky opening sequence set at a Drive-In and all the Thanksgiving carving that follows!
