The Rose Festival Creative Youth Awards is all about sound and silence. For the second time, the Rose Festival is holding an event to honor the best of the best in song and film from two events: the Rose City Sing-Off and the award-winning International Youth Silent Film Festival.
Both competitions reflect the mission of the Rose Festival to highlight art and education in its programming.
