STOP/WATCH is an annual juried festival of time-based and moving image works. From video to experimental sound, animation to performance, STOP/WATCH encompasses a breadth of work made by current PNCA students of all levels and from all majors. This year's STOP/WATCH is specially curated by PNCA alum Erik Hoofnagle!
