The 8th Annual
YOUthFILM Project
student filmmaking contest explores the theme of “American Democracy and the Rule of Law: Why Every Vote Matters."
The YOUthFILM Project allows students to show off their creativity, knowledge, and skills by producing a short film on civics issues for the opportunity to win awesome prizes! Top films will be screened for the public at the Hollywood Theatre in Northeast Portland during Community Law Week. Prizes will be awarded at the screening by honored guest, Oregon Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas A. Balmer.
