Grindhouse Film Festival: Night of the Juggler
The Grindhouse Film Festival presents the only known 35mm print of this nail-biting exploitation sleazefest!
NIGHT OF THE JUGGLER (1980) A tough New York ex-cop (James Brolin) relentlessly searches for his daughter, after she is kidnapped by a vicious psychopath who has mistaken her for the daughter of a wealthy businessman. The ex-cop goes on a citywide rampage; from the filthy porn palaces of 42nd street, to the violent gang turfs of the Bronx, he tears New York City in half in his ferocious search. Along the way he runs afoul of numerous street thugs, pimps, prostitutes and crooked cops, leading to back to back hair-raising, mean-and-dirty action scenes. This movie (along with TAXI DRIVER) is notorious for it’s vivid depiction of New York as a disgusting cesspool wallowing in decrepit urban decay. This is not to be missed in this once-in-a-lifetime big-screen appearance!
35mm 70’s exploitation trailers before the movie!
